Frequently asked questions

Is Rollbreeze free, or do I have to pay?

Both. Rollbreeze is free to download and lets you clean 300 photos every month, forever — no account, no trial timer.

If you want unlimited swipes and all the smart cleanup tools, Rollbreeze Pro is a single payment of $5.99. That's it — no subscription, ever. Once you buy it, it's yours for life and it works even offline.

Can I accidentally lose a photo?

We designed Rollbreeze so that's almost impossible. Nothing is deleted automatically. Photos you swipe away land in an in-app Review Tray first, and the actual deletion only happens after Apple's own system confirmation.

On top of that, iOS keeps everything you delete for 30 days in the "Recently Deleted" album, so you always have a second chance. You can also undo an entire cleaning session with one tap.

Does Rollbreeze upload or see my photos?

Never. Everything happens on your iPhone. Finding duplicates, similar shots, screenshots and heavy videos all runs on-device using Apple's frameworks. The app makes no network calls of its own — there's no server that could receive your photos.

Our App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected." Read the full privacy policy.

I paid for Pro but it's not unlocked (or I got a new phone)

Rollbreeze Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID. On a new device, open the app and tap "Restore Purchases" on the Pro screen — it will recognize your purchase and unlock instantly, at no extra cost.

If it still doesn't unlock, email us at hola@rollbreeze.com and we'll sort it out.

How do duplicates differ from Apple's built-in Duplicates?

Apple's Photos only matches near-identical files. Rollbreeze goes further: it catches re-compressed copies (the same picture saved again by WhatsApp or Instagram) and HEIC/JPEG twins that Apple treats as different files. It also groups similar shots and bursts and suggests the best one to keep.

Will cleaning free up my iCloud storage too?

If you use iCloud Photos, yes — deleting a photo on your iPhone also removes it from iCloud after it syncs, which frees space in your iCloud plan. The deleted items still sit in "Recently Deleted" for 30 days first.

Do I need the latest iPhone?

Rollbreeze runs on iPhone with a recent version of iOS. A few extras — like describing what to clean to Apple Intelligence — need iOS 26 and a supported device, and are simply hidden if your device doesn't support them. Everything else works on any supported iPhone.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through Apple too. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find Rollbreeze, and request a refund. If you hit any trouble, email us and we'll help.
